The Center for Resolution of Disputes, Mediation and Arbitration in Intellectual Property of the Brazilian Association of Intellectual Property (CSD-ABPI) and the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) have entered into a cooperation agreement to use extrajudicial mechanisms for settling disputes in the field of Intellectual Property. The cooperation will further extend to the exchange of experiences and joint promotion of events, chiefly in the area of mediation and arbitration.
